The information set out by the purchaser at the time the order is placed is binding upon the purchaser: in the event of an error in the text of the recipient’s contact and address details, the vendor cannot be held responsible for the fact that it is not possible to deliver the product. In the case of the prompting of an incorrect address making delivery impossible, PrestigeTeaShop cannot implement a second delivery, and the price of the order will then be reimbursed to the client following receipt of the package back at the PrestigeTeaShop warehouse.

WARNING: For purchases made in Continental Portugal and Peninsular Spain our website only considers the transportation fees for orders with weight equal or inferior to 200 kg. For purchases made in: Madeira, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canaries and other countries (except Continental Portugal and Peninsular Spain), our website only considers the transportations fees for orders with weight equal or inferior to 30kg. For order with a total weight superior to 30kg you must contact us to obtain information regarding the transportation fees of your order.
Orders sent to Portugal :
The parcel is shipped with the "Rangel " . The parcel is usually received 3-5 working days after its departure from our offices.
Orders sent to Islands Madeira and Azores :
The parcel is shipped with the " CTT Express " . The parcel is usually received 5-7 working days after its departure from our offices.
Orders sent to Europe with NACEX or CTT Express :
The delivery times vary on the final destination of the parcel and may vary from 7-9 working days after its departure from our offices.
Orders sent to the rest of the world with CTT Express :
The delivery times vary on the final destination of the parcel and may vary from minimum 2 weeks working after its departure from our offices.
For exported items to outside the European Union, our shipping fees cover packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.
